As all moms know, little ones can sometimes be messy. This is especially true when you’re having an arts and crafts day with your baby. While you’re baby’s busy creating finger paint or coloring masterpieces, the odds are that your floors, your walls, and the rest of your home are taking a beating. If you’re having trouble removing paint or marker from around your home after a crafting session, the answer to quick, hassle-free cleaning is right in your diaper bag. Baby wash makes for a great clean-up tool and will work wonders when it comes to minimizing the mess after an arts and crafts session.

As much as you might encourage your little one to stick to paper when using markers, babies tend to love drawing on anything they can get their tiny hands on, and this includes walls. If your little one has taken a marker to the walls in your home, you may find yourself shaking your head and worrying about a new paint job. The good news is that such drastic measures are not usually necessary. With a little baby wash on hand, you can rub it into the marker stains and wipe it away with ease. Don’t forget to snap a photo of your baby’s artwork for your scrapbook. You may want to discourage your tiny one from writing on the walls, but you’ll definitely want to keep your baby’s drawings.
If your baby loves to fingerpaint, then chances are that you’ll have to do your fair sharing of cleaning up after your little one is done painting. When paint gets on the flooring in your home, it can be really difficult to remove. However, using a small amount of baby wash will help to remove paint from your flooring with ease. Just keep the bottle on hand when your baby is doing arts and crafts, so you can easily access it before the mess gets out of control.
Cleaning Up Baby

Once you’ve finished cleaning up all the spilled paint and marker stains your baby has created during play time, you can turn your attention to cleaning baby. When painting or drawing, your baby is just as likely to get messy as his or her surroundings are. If paint gets matted in your little one’s tender curls, you can use a gentle baby wash to remove it. Baby wash is also great at removing marker from your baby’s hands, arms, and legs, so feel free to use them to get baby clean after craft time. Play time with baby should always be fun time, so don’t be afraid of a little mess. You can have a lot of fun during clean up as well, as you let your little one splash in the tub!
